The main floor also has a bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping porch with three sets of twin over full bunk beds for a sleeping capacity of nine. Downstairs is another large living area perfect for games as well as an exercise room with beautiful view of the lake. This level also has another full bath, laundry facilities and two bedrooms with queen size beds. Property location - the property is right on the lake, a short walk from Shuswap Lake Marina for easy boat launch and boat rental. The public boat launch is nearby in Blind Bay. The property is equipped with a new mooring buoy and dock for quick access to one of British Columbias finest lakes.
