This 3 bedroom classic cottage with large covered veranda is an ideally located large beachfront property in Scotch Creek with spectacular views of Copper Island (Provincial park) and beyond to Blind Bay (shops and restaurants). Accessed by a long private driveway this property is a super private getaway spot!

Indoors, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with full size SS range, fridge & micro, 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), bathroom with tub & shower and a large but cozy living room complete with 42" flat screen TV and DVD player (satellite channels & ppv).

Outdoors there is a gourmet gas BBQ, picnic table, adirondack chairs, 125 ft of private beach front, 2 mooring buoys and a beautiful large (10'x40') aluminum dock with nonskid composite decking.

The location is very private and quiet yet within only a few minutes drive/walk/bike ride to Scotch Creek shops and a short walk/ride to the Provincial Park grounds and the Park Store (The Hub).

Nearby (10 min drive) is the Talking Rock Golf Club and Quaout Restaurant, hiking trails, and even a winery.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking before the final payment is due (60 days prior to arrival), the deposit will be refunded, less a $200.00 booking fee. If your booking is cancelled after final payment, the rent including taxes is non-refundable unless the property is re-rented, at which time a full refund is given less a $200 booking fee.
